S'mores Cookies

Graham cracker cookies, marshmellow topping, and chocolate glaze = S’mores cookies! They were really good, but they were messy to make and didn’t taste exactly like “s’mores”, per se.
The cookies alone are WAAAAY good enough to make again, even without the chocolate and marshmellow. 
 



I used this recipe for the cookies, but I added like an extra 1/3 cp of graham cracker crumbs.

Melt a buncha marshmellows with some butter in the microwave.

Then it looks like this.
The cookies should be done baking by now and they should look like this and smell like this, too.
Put the marshmellow on top. Heed my warning, it is easy to get carried away.
Refrigerate. Melt semi-sweet choc chips in a double boiler, spread on top. Refrigerate more.
