Yam Chai Muffins

I followed Mickey’s muffin mix recipe for this. Mick, you forgot to say when to add the vanilla. Not that I couldn’t figure it out, I just forgot to.

 

I drizzled yam sauce (with some added butter and brown sugar) on top before I baked them.

I mixed about ½ cp of chai tea mix into the muffin batter.

Also put chai in the crumble topping.

They were good!
