Raspberry Bavarian Cream

For a cool, creamy, summer treat, may I recommend a bavarian cream?



You'll need:

10 oz raspberries
2 envelopes gelatin (they sell vegan gelatin too)
1/4 C cold water or milk
1/4 C sugar
2 eggs
1 heaping C crushed ice
1 C heavy cream


We're gonna need a good blenderizer for this one. I chose my new trusy handblender my grandma got me
It's the best!
First, bring 1/2 cup of your favorite juice to a simmer.

Once it's done heating up, blend it with the gelatin and either water or milk (I chose milk)

After a while it should get pretty thick

Then add the eggs and sugar and give it a mix

You may now add the berries

Finally, blend in the cream and the ice

And refrigerate

Eat when somewhat gelatinous, or freeze for a real summer treat


ps the handblender makes BOMB crushed ice!
