Christmas Cooking
This Christmas I decided to make a lot of Italian food and watch the Godfather.
The menu for this jolly night included spinach salad with goat cheese and hazelnuts,
dressed with balsamic vinegar, oil, cinnamon and garlic.
A simple pesto over spaghetti accompanied the main course
chicken parmesan.
And if dinner wasn't enough,
how about tiramisu and cannoli for dessert?
